following Factories for the bellowAPT (Averaging pitot tube) DP flow transmitters

Please provide quotation using vendors Yokogawa or Krohne or Endress for :

Quantity: 6 pcs

Type: APT (Averaging pitot tube) DP flow transmitters
Working range: 0-300 m3/hr at a normal working pressure of 1.5-2 bar
Fluid: Desalinated water (permeate) with conductivity 0-500uS and pH 7.5. No air entrainment (bubbles) is anticipated
Note that the pipes are subject to CIP (Clean In Place) every 3-6 months with Caustic Soda solution (pH 12) and then Hydrochloric
Acid solution (pH 2). Total contact time of each chemical with the APT will be 3 hours during a CIP.
Output : 2-wire, 4-20mA
Manifold: 5-valve (needle) to allow easy venting of lines
Casing: suitable for saline environment
Non-remote option (standard all in one)
Pipe line characteristics: 8’’ PP Horizontal with ID=200mm
Standard mounting (non hot-tap). The vendor to suggest if spring-backed would be advisable.
Ex Zone: Safe Area

We would like to measure volumetric flow (m3/hr) on existing 8’’ pipes.
The pipes are made of PP and we can arrange to drill and weld the necessary hookup flanges according to the manufacturer’s
specification and suggestions.
